Hi Ian,
Thanks for the tips.
I installed Nmap, and tried to ping the switch at the default IP as the traget after changing my PCs IP adderess per the manual.
Here's the report I got:
Starting Nmap 7.12 ( https://nmap.org ) at 2016-08-28 15:09 Pacific Daylight Time

Read data files from: C:\Program Files (x86)\Nmap
Note: Host seems down. If it is really up, but blocking our ping probes, try -Pn
Nmap done: 1 IP address (0 hosts up) scanned in 3.13 seconds
Raw packets sent: 2 (56B) | Rcvd: 0 (0B)
I'm thinking that maybe the factory reset on switch didn't work, since the switch is working but I can't find the default IP.
Any thoughts?
Is there a trick for the farctory reset that might help to make sure it works?
Thanks again!
Cheers!
