Cant access to new AP 303

    Hello, I've just purchased a 3 Aruba 303 campus access points,

    the power supply that they have: one is through an poe enjector and the second is via one of PoE ports in my switch, both of them is on (led solid green) but the radio led is off,

     

    This is my first time with 303 and before I worked with 207 and there was no trouble with first boot, however because two of 303 acting the same i guess I miss something ...

    I am not sure why you need second power source. Try with only POE switchport.
    Few suggestions: checked the datasheet for AP-303, make sure your controller has minimum code requirement.

    Do you have console cable to view when the AP-303 boot: does it get an IP address? does it find the master IP address?
