Subject: Cant take device off Portal
Dear Community,
I am facing an issue regarding my access point, the old employee registered 3 AP on his Aruba InstantOn account and he was managing those devices after he resign we are not able to access the account. We tried resetting the AP but once we try to add the device in the Instant portal it give an error (This device is already assigned to another site.) Please guide me the way to add this device in our new setup.
