Clearpass 6.8 Guest portal URL issue

    We have both the 6.7 and 6.8 version of ClearPass. On 6.7 we are using the following URL for guest portal and it works fine. Its web authentication redirect URL when the clients try to visit a web page, they are directed to this page to enter their credentials.

     

    https://www.clearpass.com/guest/guest-access.php?&mac=%{Connection:Client-Mac-Address-Colon}

     

    However on the 6.8 version, the same URL gives us the following error.

     

    Error 404: Page not foundThe page you are trying to access is unavailable. Redirecting in 5 seconds...If the application continues to be unavailable, please contact your network administrator for further assistance. 

     

    The doman name is resolved to the correct IP address, can anyone please let me know what am I dong wrong here.

    Are you able to access URL manually from your browser, does Guest web page is avaialble on your 6.8 server?

    Hey Pavan, Thanks for the response, I actually managed to figure it out, the following URL worked.

     

    https://www.clearpass.com/guest/weblogin.php/2?&mac=%{Connection:Client-Mac-Address-Colon}

     

    In the 6.7 version the weblogin.php is guest-access.php so that caused a little confusion but it works ok now. Thanks.
