I am running into an issue where I am unable to create guest accounts in ClearPass. If I select the "Create Account" option and fill in the requested information I get an error "This account could not be found". If I select the "Create Multiple" option, the accounts are created without issue.
From what I can see it seems you have a TAC case open already, and you run on an end-of-support ClearPass version. I could just find a single case, so the issue does not seem widely spread, in which case working with TAC is probably the best option.
You may have a look at the Guest Application Logs (Guest -> Administration -> Support -> Application Log) if that shows something useful; but that may be something you have done already.
