ClearPass health status is "not known," and the health report result is: "No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it." There's no problem with the antivirus (Bitdefender) or firewall. I uninstalled, reinstalled, forced the app to start on services and the same result. Also, in the report it said IP routing is not enabled, I tried to enable it manually, but it remained unenabled. I do not know if this the the right place to post, sorry if it is not.
