Looking for some guidance on some ClearPass guest behaviour i'd like to try and change.
Have deployed a self sponsored registration workflow using the 5 minute initial access method (https://support.hpe.com/hpesc/public/docDisplay?docId=sf000093912en_us ) and am facing an issue with the email receipts.
When the user first registers, the account is enabled with the 5 minute lifetime and the user gets the email receipt with the credentials, they also get the sponsor email to confirm their account.
When they complete the sponsor email approval, they then get another receipt with the details along with the new expiry.
Is it possible to stop the first receipt going out so that the user only receives it after the sponsor approval is completed?
