Clients do not get get user role from AP (no connectivity)

    A customer has 63 AP's in an IAP cluster that is managed in Airwave. Yesterday, clients could not connect to one of the AP's. A reboot resolved the issue. Looking into the log of the VC I can see the entry "AP could not find post auth role <you_name_it>" for several roles. 

     

    It is a first time occurence (at least the customer did not complain before) but I fail to understand what might have triggered this problem. Cluster is running 6.5.1.0.

     

    Any advice how I can find out the cause for this issue? Thank you.

    Are these Role pushed down from AirWave? Can you confirm they are part of the running config on the IAP?

    Thank you for getting back to me. Yes, on both questions.

    This setup is known working for many months and it is a first time occurence, as far as we are aware.
