    Hello everyone

I’m having a bit of an issue,

All users get an IP Address and can connect to my SSID fine, however once connected half of them are unable to connect to the wireless.

There are multiple SSID’s, I tried switching SSID, but it did nothing and still didn’t work. I looked into adjacent and co-channel Interference but there isn’t any in this case.

It varies from iPhones to tablets to laptops so all devices are having this issue.
One windows 7 laptop connected to “A” access point will get internet access and the other windows 7 client connected too “A” access point can’t.

Swap the NIC from one machine to the other and the issue follows the NIC from a laptop perspective

I would like to put this down to a client issue however there are too many effected devices for it too be.

Any advice or suggestions on where to look would be great because I’ve gone through all the config and nothing looks out of place (of course I could’ve missed something) but if it was a config error, no devices should work, but they are.

Was thinking restarting the gateway or it being an ISP issue, thinking it could be possible ARP corruption but I’m stuck!

    Help me! :)

    Thanks in advance

    Version 6.5.4.5

In general, that does not look bad.

How many SSIDs do you have?

Do you have "Drop Broadcasts and Multicast" enabled on all of your Virtual APs?

8 (not great i know) - this is an end customer not my personal setup.

Drop BCMC is not enabled but was thinking about it.

I will enable it and let you know.

You need to fix BOTH issues asap.

    Agreed,

I'm not sure how the customer will react to disabling some SSID's.

I have already recommended disabling a few unused SSID's but not sure he is up for that.

    Thanks,
