Receiving the following error when restoring ClearPass VM from back up (config only).

Restoring a backup from a 6.11.6 C2000V. To 6.11.1 VM CLABV thinly provisioned (with version mismatch enabled).

Original file from the C2000V with 1TB disk, 8 CPU and 16 RAM in comparison to CLABV 400GB disk space, 8 CPU and 8 RAM. Is this likely to cause a failure?

Logs do not provide any further info.

Usually downwards compatibility is not guaranteed. Upgrade your VM to 6.11.6 and try again.

You can download logs from Administration / Server configuration -> select server and Collect logs.

    Best, Gorazd
