Customized report on Airwave.

    Hi All,

     

    We generated a customized report on airwave from date X to Y ( 1 week )

     

    But when i saw generated report  its showing all the report from the period of generation also.

     

    Any suggestion.

    Which report is this?

     

    What version of Airwave?

     

    Can you include a screenshot with the date parameters you put in?

    Additionally, what data is within the report?  The reporting data is limited to how long the data is maintained in the database.  It's worth double checking what values you have configured in AMP Setup -> General tab -> Historical Data Retention.
