Hello team , we are getting Samsung & some other Android phones device type as Linux system in Airwave for clients. I have connected OnePlus device but in device type it is not showing anything.
What should I do to troubleshoot the issue

Airwave will obtain the classification from the controller.  The controller typically uses the "browser agent" of the device used.  If the device uses a browser that has a linux signature, that is how it will classify it.  On the controller, you can see the browser agent of a device by typing "show aaa device-id-cache | include <mac address of device>"
