Clients may do another DHCP after a roam, if that explains what you see. But the event is 'green' and an 'in general good' and expected thing.

in the picture below are events related only to one client and DHCP lease time is set to 2 hours. And these DHCP acknowledgments happen randomly but very often, for instance every minute then maybe three minutes later then twenty minutes later.

Depending on the number of clients, and the lease time of the DHCP scope, totally normal. The ACK is the last part of the DHCP lease procedure.
