Distributed Trunking & ISC links in E5400

    Looks like there's a maximum of 144 total DT trunks per switch.  But I can't find any information on how many ISC links are required.

     

    The ISC link is required to be on it's own VLAN, can you have several distributed trunks using the same keep alive link?

    I haven't tried DT myself yet, but I was under the impression from the implemention guide that you only need one ISC and that it will become member of all VLANs used in DT trunks. The ISC can be a trunk/etherchannel for more bandwidth.

     

    edit: i wonder if you have confused ISC with the peer-keepalive link? you only need one of those.
