    Hi folks!

One customer of mine experiences random but constant drops. What happens is that user staying connected to wifi, but at some point on wifi icon exclamation mark appears saying under the same icon "connected, no internet", and at this very time ping to gateway doesn't go. This happens both on android and iOS, MacBooks and other devices. I even have disabled some channels that some Macs don't support and even disabled 40mhz support on 5GHz, but this issue continues a long time and I don't know what to do. Also when ping didn't reach gateway, and Aruba Central didn't show any event on that I was thinking that the issue is behind APs, it is in the network, but users who are connected with ethernet cable don't have any drops.

You may try to upgrade your firmware. Without information about the AP, used firmware version, SSID configuration, other configuration, it's hard to say something useful.

Reaching out to Aruba Support or your Aruba partner may be best as they can have a look with you, and they know what to look at.
