Error fetching existing configuration on Airwave

    Hi All,

     

    We encounter an issue via Aruba Controller "Error fetching existing configuration" on Airwave, some APs shows up while the rest of APs and Aruba Controller shows down on Airwave. We already run snmp walk from Airwave to Aruba Controller and there is a response. Also, ping is successfull from Airwave to Controller. Please see attached for reference.

    Also, the number of APs up on the controller is 58 but it shows only 24 APs up on Airwave.

    What are your thresholds for SNMP retries and timeout set to? This is Device Setup -> Communication.

    Have you tried another poll on the controller itself?
    What is your poll time set to in the Airwave group?
