In the documentation it says that you can have maximum 32 sites and 64 VTEPs per each site. Is this a hard limit, as it is a bit low. Any plans to increase it? I think it should be at least 128 VTEPs per site (so we could have 4x 8360 as aggregation stack and then connect 96 access stacks to those)

    It depends on qualification.

On Campus, with 8325 as border and RR, up to 128 VTEPs per Fabric with 32 sites.

How do leaf and agg-leaf profiles differ?

    Between L3-agg and Leaf  (8325) ?

    or between Aggregation-Leaf and Leaf-Extended (8360) ?

In that video it lists 8325 as "Leaf" in HW Profile, 8360 as "Agg-Leaf". If we need those 128 VTEPs do we need some extra switches besides 8235 comparing to 8360 based setup

For 128 VTEPs. you would need to use 8325 at this stage for being supported/qualified.
