Failed to load components during iMC start up after EAD deployment

    Hi all,

    I'm installing a distributed architecture of iMC with remote DB.

    Server 1 > IMC PLAT Standard + WSM

    Server 2 > UAM + EAD

    Server 3 > NTA

    Server 4 > DB SQL Server

    During the installation steps I obtained problem with the deploy of EAD components. In fact, when I deploy the 3 components, the system complete the batch deploy BUT if I try to access on iMC an error appear (login page).

    The error is:

     

    Failed to load components during iMC start up:

    Compoenent name: iMC PLatform - Report Management

    Reason: Execute db script "1_iMC-REPORT_install_script.bat" of report view error

    Remedy: Please contact system administrator.

     

    Someone can help me? What is the reason of this error? And possible solution?

    Open a ticket with support, this is an issue they should be aware of.  They should have a script to resolve this.  I believe it's resolved in the code in a more recent patch release, but support should be aware of the issue.
