    Hi,

We have an MSM775zl configured with 20 APs and a Microsoft NPS server used for RADIUS.

I've set up a wireless network used for employee mobile devices (strictly internet access). Is it set up with HTML authentication that uses the NPS server to check group membership for the users (they must belong to some "Internet Access" group.

It all works fine, but we are dealing with this particular issue:

Everytime a user shut off their mobile device screen (and havent configured it manually to keep the wifi connection open) they are forced to reauthenticate, when they turn the screen back on. Same thing happens if they get out of range (e.g. they go to the basement and come back), then they must reauthenticate.

I know this is a security measure, and as such is alright. But since the only thing they can gain access to is the internet, we don't need that kind of security. This is a pain for most of the users.

Is there any way to automatically allow the devices back on after being disconnected for a short while (say 4 hours)? I haven't been able to fix it myself.

    Thanks in advance,

    Rasmus

I'm afraid I don't understand what you are trying to say?
