    Hello

We have a situation in which two CPPM base license are lost, the client does not know the user of asp that they used to register that license

We were able to get the order number and the confirmation number so we could try to register them with their actual ASP account

If we are able to generate a new key will that impact the clearpasses that are in production? i mean both clearpass are working fine, they got the serial number and all that, we can get of course the key through the CLI but if they wanted to migrate to a new IP or something like that they don't have it registered on their asp, it's on another they don t know

My question is, if we try to register them again and we get a new key will that impact somehow the clearpasses that are working right now? because the license we are trying to generate are the same one they have it installed, I bealive they will just give me other key or something like that?

It might not work because it will says that it is attached to another ASP account but still, will have to get aruba and ask them to migrate that license to the new ASP and I guess they will give me a new Key.

I just want to be sure that in the process of doing all this the clearpasses keep working  with no issues

    Thanks

Work with TAC to resolve the issue one way or another.
