Has anyone been able to successfully authenticate the admin access to Cisco ACS v5 using either TACACS or RADIUS?

Thanks for the link.  I've got it working with Telnet but I have one small problem - it doesn't work unless the username also exists in the switch config.  Is this correct?  Can it not be done without the username being in the config?
