    Hi 

    I have Aruba 9004 with 8.11, running in standalone mode and add lic-ap, lic-pef, lic-rfp. Can it enable WIP without Mobility  Conductor？

    yes you should be able to do that without a need for Mobility conductor.

    from memory using the WebUI, under configuration->tasks there should be a wizard for intrusion detection/protection
