How long does your Aruba 7010 take to reload ? Mine will take more than 1 hour .Is it normal ?

I tried 8.3 and 8.6 ,all the same result . Most of the time was spend on initializing fpapps  ,about one hour. But when it start ,everything is ok .

I just rebooted my 7010 (Version 8.10.0.5 LSR) with a basic configuration... 4 minutes to reboot.

Check your storage to ensure that it's useable...

    show storage

Filesystem                Size      Used Available Use% Mounted on
    /dev/usb/flash3           1.5G    740.0M    690.9M  52% /flash
    /dev/usb/flash3           1.5G    740.0M    690.9M  52% /flash/apimages

When I deploy 72xx controllers, I don't have extended outages during reboots, ~5 mins.

You may want to open a TAC case to have the system checked also.

Seems ok  for the storage .The config is simple too ,only setup a WLAN and no other rules. My device is just out of service. So I came here  see if someone can help me .

I work mostly with minimum 7030 or 72xx controllers so it can be depends on the model but 10 minutes is normal. One hour sound really long and also sugest to open a TAC case.

I remember one of my customers have 2x7005 controllers and the boot-time is normal 5-10minutes. FPAPP is responsible for the L2/L3 switching part of the controller. Maybe you can dig into the "show inventory" and find some issue there?

Maybe this topic helps you: https://community.arubanetworks.com/community-home/digestviewer/viewthread?MID=22137

Hi, when you get that error just load/upgrade the OS again.  Use the cli to do it if you can't open the GUI.

    I hope this helps.
