    Hi,

    Is there a way to convert Aruba 550 access points from CAP to IAP without physical access?

    They are currently connected to a controller + MM. I tried to reboot them into a Instant VLAN but they keep as CAP.

    And it is not clear to me if ap convert is only for old non-universal APs, as the commands says it will burn the country code into the AP and it will make it non-reversible.

    Go to the WebUI for the controller currently acting as the active controller for the AP, under Maintenance / Access Point is the option to boot the AP into Instant mode.  Make sure to disable any controller discovery (DHCP, DNS) currently in place for that AP otherwise you'll just convert back to CAP.
