You can do that under Events & Alerts, then Configure:

My customer has aruba central managed AP and switches.
He would like to be notified in case of equipment failure such as:
PSU failure
Switch failure
Link failure
AP failure
As an example if 1 switch in the stack fails, it will still be online.
Some notifications may appear in aruba central but he would like to be informed via email or phone.
What is the procedure to do it and is there any cost?
