    Hi guys,

     

    I know this is a pretty basic question but for some reason we could not open FTP Port 21 to a computer on the network..(isn't ftp port is usually open on routers anywazs?)

     

    Seems like there's one place to do so (attached pic) unless we're missing something?

    That is the correct place to permit the traffic. By default there is an explicit deny at the bottom of the rule base, so traffic is not automatically permitted.
