    How do I access the Web Interface control panel on this swicth, we are having some strange issues on our network and I need to be able to access the control panel on these switches to set a static IP on them.

    Howdy,
    Bad News - 1400 series is unmanaged. The good news is that it
    can't be a configuration issue in that case :-)
    You need to step up to 1800 or 1900 to get smart-managed and beyond for full CLI.
