Obviously, you'll need to turn on IP routing on the switch ("ip routing").  You'll need a VLAN for each server, and an IP address for each VLAN ("vlan XX; ip address 217.48.10.1/30; exit").  Then you'll need to add a static route for 80.48.20.0/24 via the server address (presumably 217.48.10.2/30) on 217.48.10.0/30 ("ip route 80.48.20.0/24 217.48.10.2"), and one for 80.48.21.0/24 via 217.48.10.4/30 and so on for the rest of the links.  (See the manuals for exact syntax on the commands in brackets.)

Try to make your VLAN numbering scheme somehow match your subnets, for easy remembering.  e.g. You might use VLAN 21 for 80.48.21.0/24 and VLAN 24 for 80.48.24.0/24.
