The support matrix mentions that remote mirroring is unsupported on the 2530. You can try to downgrade your firmware and see if that enables the remote mirroring, but it may also be that the documentation was wrong and has been fixed in the later versions.
To me the model 2530 (entry level) and remote mirroring (quite advanced) don't sound like a logical combination. Also note that running old firmware may put you at risk as there are likely security fixes in newer firmwares.

Thanks Herman Robers,
As usual your advice are always helpful. I see that in official documents recently(new versions of OS) there is no remote mirroring. But in the other hand, in the following official document I see that the remote mirroring was exist. am I right? in page 298
https://support.hpe.com/hpesc/public/docDisplay?docId=a00038746en_us
as the Switch is quite old, and in any how it is out of support, do you suggest us to downgrade the OS to 16.05?

The 2530 does not support remote mirroring. Check https://feature-navigator.arubanetworks.com/ under 'Port'
Official documentation is on the Aruba Support Portal.

Subject: HP SW 2530
Hello everyone,
I need to config remote mirorring between 2 HP 2530. These 2 SW are not conncted directly and there are some HP procurve Switches among them. I tried to follow the offical documention(for HP2530) but the command does not exist. Do I need to active or disactive some feature on the HP SW to accept the command?
I am tring to insert the following command
on the destination Switch 192.168.10.22
#mirror endpoint ip 192.168.10.12 99999 192.168.10.22 port 10 (I see the error here, after "mirror" I can not insert "endpoint")
on Source Switch: 192.168.10.12
#mirror session 1 remote ip 192.168.10.12 99999 192.168.10.22 port 10 (or without "session")
#interface 47 monitor all both mirror 1

I use the flowing document in page 298
