Unfortunately I've been struggling to upload the comware however, it has been failing while it's been uploading I have tried in many ways I'm just thinking of having extra flash card.

I actually tried another one but didn't work unfortunately again I'm stuck in boot mood due to losing main image I have tried to upload the oldest comware patch but hasn't worked yet.

Yes it looks like latest version has a wrong file or the file is corrupt. I was trying to upgrade MSR 3012 router and get the same error. It's a TAC time to replace the file with correct distribution.

unfortunately, again when I wanted to upgrade the comware to the last version (MSR30xx-CMW710-R6728P25.ipe) it did not work in addition I was notified that the file is damaged or broken however, the file was downloaded from ARUBA therefore I entered the boot mode and again the same things main image was lost moreover the file uploading has been failing over and over.

Yesterday I found it out
In any case, if the router´s main image is lost first it is required that the patch file which is available at (https://asp.arubanetworks.com/downloads) later the machine´s os will be loading and you will access CLI.
In this case, which was HP 3044 JG405A I have tried whole the ways any of the Comwares, and softwares were not written on cfa finally, I downloaded the oldest patch and it was uploaded on SDRAM and later it was ran and now I have access to CLI once again.

Via serial console enter into boot loader and start extended boot loader. Then you will be able to check the status of the firmware files and upload new one if required.
There is comprehensive documentation on upgrade and troubleshooting procedures in Fundamentals Configuration Guide. If none of this would help, then TAC is your option.

I have been trying to upgrate the HPE Router MSR 3044 JG405a moreover, I did reset factory and after that the Router does not boot and it is notifying that there is no image ,however, the last version of comware MSR30xx-CMW710-R6728P25.ipe that I have been using but yet there is the same issue.

Hi, you don't have an HPE FlexFabric 5700 but, more probably, an HPE FlexFabric 5710 (see R2702 Release Notes here). If I'm not mistaken the latest HPE Comware release for the HPE FlexFabric 5710 is the R2702P01 released in 2021 (see R2702P01 Release Notes here).
The document you are instead referring to (the Security Bulletin HPESBNW04445 Revision 6 - Aruba Products Using OpenSSL, Multiple Vulnerabilities available here) refers to Aruba products not HPE ones (like the HPE FlexFabric 5710, as example).
The recommended minimum code for the HPE 5710 can be found here.
Look here (and filter using this string "" to find security bulletins referencing to 5710 or HPE FlexFabric switches), the latest I was able to find is this one (2021) which should be fixed if you are using the R2702P01 software version.
