IMC licensing - can't add device while i have enough licenses

    Hello,

    I have an issue regarding HPE IMC licensing.

    Recently i purschased new licenses to increase from 350 to 500 device.

    Today when i want to add the 351 device but i have an error.

    Any idea?

    After you applied the new license, did it show the new maximum count?

    You will probably need to log a support case, as they are the only ones who can fix licenses.

    Please log a support case with HPE , they have licensing team who helps you to fix this issue.

    After a complet reboot of IMC application throught the DMA: problem solved.
