IMC may not connecting to Internet

    Hello Everyone,

    We have recently installed IMC and started configuring it slowly.  When I go System -> Resource Management -> LiveUpdate and run the update for IMC and device software. Both cases showing no update items found. Also device registration not working. I have put correct proxy server settings and able to browse internet from IMC server. What else can I check? Is there any log files anywhere to get some info.

    Have you configured the proxy under System -> System Configuration -> System Settings -> Internet Connection Configuration?

    If you have, then the next step I would do is look at the proxy logs to see if it sees the connection coming from iMC. You could also use Wireshark if you don't have access to the proxy.
