Make sure that one field in your CSV has the name 'visitor_name', and that field will then be imported as the device name:
Number,User ID,Is Device,MAC Address,Role,Activation,Expiration,Lifetime,visitor_name
1,3722,Yes,11-22-33-44-55-00,IoT,2023-05-01 17:20,N/A,,prn01
Then when you import, the visitor_name will end up as the device name:
If you do a 'show details' on an existing device, you can see the 'raw' field names, and when you have those in your CSV, the mapping is done automagically.

Subject: Importing guest devices with device name
I have a list of devices with device names to be imported to ClearPass Guest Database. in the "Match Fields" form, I don't see any option to select the field for device name. Any way to customize this form?
