I am still kind of new to Aruba and am testing a bunch of access-points at home. I currently run them in AOS 10 with Aruba Central. What keeps happening however is when I add a new IAP in my AP-MGT VLAN, all access-points in my network disappear. My workaround so far is to place the new APs in a separate VLAN and place them back in the AP-MGT VLAN once they are fully configured and at the right AOS level.

I believe it has to do with virtual-controller but still do not understand why that can impact an AOS 10 device that is controlled by Aruba Central? Is there documentation someone can point me to, to understand this better?

This is a good place to start with AOS 10.
