    Anyone knows what cause this issue  with intune extension v6 ?

    Make sure you're running the latest version of the extension, if that is the case then open a case with TAC.

    There has been a known issue with the Intune Extension and the Stats Collection service in ClearPass. You may try to stop the Stats collection: Administration->Server Manager->Server Configuration->Service Parameters->Stats collection service; and see if that resolves the issue.

    In that case, please report to TAC, so they can inform you when a fix is released.
