    what will be the affect  if the customer decided to upgrade from intune v5 to v6....

    and what will be the best practise for the migration

    i think ClearPass 6.11.x has the extension upgrade feature so you could upgrade extension v5 to v6.

    However i have not done it myself, perhaps it would be less problematic (in some cases) to re-installation instead of upgrade.
