ip client-tracking / ip device tracking on comware devices

    Hi,

     

    we would like to use something like "ip client-tracking" on Aruba Switches or "ip device tracking" on cisco switches.

    But we have comwre 7 and comware 5 switches.

     

    I cannot find something similar in documentation. I also cannot find anything like this in "Wired Policy Enforcement Solution Guide".

     

    Do you know of something like this on comware devices?

     

    We want to use this, do get down state of PCs, which were connected behind phones.

    Do you have experience with ip client-tracking?

     

    With this function we see only approx 25% of all devices on Aruba Switches. 

    75% of the devices are not seen by this function
