Hi, Is ArubaCare Erate eligible?

Per the FY2016 Eligible Services List, ArubaCare that covers an eligible product is eligible under Category Two Basic Maintenance of Eligible Broadband Internal Connections.

We offer (3) types of support with different eligibility:
ArubaCare ending in -ER - This ArubaCare covers TAC + SW only - Eligible

ArubaCare ending in -EH - This ArubaCare covers Hardware Replacement only - Ineligible

ArubaCare - Standard ArubaCare support covering TAC, SW and Hardware - Cost-Allocated (87.5% Eligible /12.5% Ineligible)

Thanks for answering.  Can the client purchase the ERate eligible sku - ArubaCare ending in -ER without purchasing the ineligible sku - the one ending in EH.  Or does Aruba require the client to purchase both sku's?

Yes, the client can purchase just the E-Rate eligible sku.
