License transfer from one aruba controller to other

    hi all ,

    I have two queries

    1. If i need to transfer license from one controller to other , Should both controller be in one MNP account or it can be transferred to any serial number of controller

    2.If i reset controller with license , Could the license be added again from account ?

    1) Yes, for a self-service license transfer the controllers should be in the same account. If you have issues with license transfers, contact Aruba TAC directly.

    2) Licenses should be available in your account in case you lose them. Otherwise, Aruba TAC can probably look them up for you. It's probably better to store your licenses as soon as you request them, and again before you factory reset (write erase all) a controller.
