To stop using the 'magic vlan' within the IAP and your clients, you should select Network Assigned under Client IP assignment within your SSID profile.

    https://www.arubanetworks.com/techdocs/Instant_86_WebHelp/Content/instant-ug/wlan-ssid-conf/conf-vlan-sett.htm

If you wish to use a different IP range and the IAP act as a DHCP Server, use the following:

The magic VLAN is use when you do 'VC assigned addresses' and it is used mostly for guest users. The guest user's traffic will be source-natted on the VC, so you will never see that IP range on the network.

The selection of the IP range is somewhat smart, as if you have a 10.x.x.x IP for the AP it will take another private IP range, like 172.16.x.x or 192.168.x.x; similar with one of the other private ranges.

If you need full control, create your own VLAN and assign IP, DHCP, etc.
