You didn't mention if it is a single client, or multiple clients. You also didn't mention what type(s) of client this would be an what application you would be supplying over wireless.
You can get 300 feet (91M) of coverage from a single outdoor omnidirectional access point mounted at the right height, but your throughput will be low and it will be susceptible to any outdoor interference.
We would need many more details about what service you are trying to provide and what clients will be using that service to give you a concrete recommendation.
