    Hi
Im getting an message : Cannot start database synchronization: peer is not configured

What that means? VRRP is up, I can see both controllers Up. I’ve added one Wlc as MD in MM environment and everything seem to be fine but

This Controller with show switches has
    Configuration State : Last Snapshot
    Config ID : -1

Do you have Standby Mobility Master, can you give more information about your setup?
    how many controllers (MDs)
    how many mobility masters/Conductors (MM)?

You have to configure master (conductor) redundancy, in addition to configuring a VRRP, to have database synchronization work.  https://www.arubanetworks.com/techdocs/ArubaOS_8.10.0_Web_Help/Content/arubaos-solutions/vrrp/conf-stby-mm-l2red.htm?Highlight=master%20redundancy

    Hello

Firstly, forget to say : ArubaOS 8.6.0.15

    I've
    2 MDs, Conductor + Member
    2 MM's Master + Member

    Between is a Firewall

Database synchronization only occurs between Active and Standby MMs (masters).  You cannot do Database synchronization between two active MMs (masters).

    Hi

Mobility Master = Mobility Conductor. The nomenclature changed time before. Hence, do you refer that have 2 MMs (Master or conductor) and 2 MDs (controllers) ?

If the answer is yes. The configuration occurs from MM to MDs and you need configure data syncronization between MMs as Joseph told you.

    Hi
Yes I understandt the point. I'm going to reset the wlc-2 having issues and doing the "write erase" and build the connection from zero to check if I've done something wrong from the beginning

Write erase and rejoin the backup to Avtive controller solved issue so I had something wrong in config
