MM has * hint

    I have a mm that has * hints, but I want to use tar crash, which indicates No found on this machine,why?

    You can try to run the tar crash command at each level of the hierarchy. It may not be at the level you are currently at.

    Hi,

     

    The command "show switches debug"  from MM shows if crashinfo is available on any of the MM/MD's.

     

    Once you find the WLC with the crash, you can log in to it to run the command "tar crash"
