This normal. They can see the other areas, but can only make changes to their respective folder.

in our Conductor environment there are two different network branches: NB1 and NB2.
Currently there are only root users who have access to everything. We are required to change this behaviour in future:
New users should only access to their specific network branch (see screenshot).
But at this point we are failing. Users who are configured in node NB1 do see devices and configuration of NB2.
How can we achieve this goal?
