We are trying to access the MM GUI via Netscaler ADC (working as proxy). Login page is shown ok.

After login in there are some issues....

Dashboard GUI is not properly displayed and missing the usual menu

Furthermore my browser console shows a lot of err_connection_reset:

Any idea where to look? Something to do with security settings on the MM? Firewall-cp perhaps?

None of these issues when I have direct GUI access to the MM.

I would do a packet capture on the client you are using to access to get an understanding of what could be going on.

Thank you cjoseph, did that for the working and the non-working client. And see no other than the expected ports 80, 443 and 4343 (all tcp). Did an allow any any policy as well but nothing out of order shown there. I will focus on the MM security settings and firewall-cp for now.

If you can, please open a technical support case so that they can obtain your unredacted logs and get to the bottom of your issue.  Hopefully they can resolve it, and you can report back here with an answer.
