What is the running version in the device and from where you were downloading?

Please find below link to download the software version:

    Thanks!

    Hello @Turanozcelik ,

It seems device is on very old version.

Does this device in valid contract?

It seems 5 years completed from the end of sale announcement of this product.

    Thanks!

hi again, i don't know the contract status, when I look at the warranty status of the devices, it seems to continue.

I want to be able to control properly with new version browsers and and other benefits, I found many updates on the site but some are not. what exactly do i need to do

    Hello @Turanozcelik ,

In this scenario, support intervention is required.

We request you to log a case on HPE Support Center portal for further resolution using the link:

    https://support.hpe.com/hpesc/public/home/

    Thanks!

I already sent an email to the support center but no reply, I don't understand why it's so hard to get an update, I can't enter the interface with browsers, i want to fix this. All updates are shared but why not some of them

I guess hp won't help us, thank you for your attention

Hi the answer to this question is actually quite simple. The version of SSL (or as it is now called TLS) supported by this device is considered old and even insecure by modern web browsers. It is using TLS 1.0. Browsers like Chrome and Firefox now no longer support this version by default. To be able to access the built-in web server today you can configure Firefox to use TLS 1.0 by setting a configuration flag. Simple go to the URL about:config  and search for "security.tls.version.min". It will probably be set to 3 (if it is different you may want to remember this). You can change it to accept TLS 1.0 by setting that config flag to "1". Once you have done this you should be able to connect to the MSM410 to do any configuration changes. In order to prevent Firefox from being tricked by a bad website to use outdated TLS protocols it is best to set the minimum version back to 3 (or whatever it was before you change it).
