Can anyone provide configuration examples here? Apart from having 2 separate SSID on different VLANs is it possible to have 1 SSID hold 2 VLANs and have the RADIUS move users to the appropriate VLAN?

Yes it is possible to do so, you need to create vlan range in the controller assign that to the "VSC binding", then make sure the APs ports are tagged in those VLANs, you have to test it since i'm not sure in this case you need Mobility Traffic Manager or it will work without it (should work unless HP has restrictions to use MTM)

You can do that with non-access-control VSC. You can assign users to different VLANs (Tunnel-Medium-Type, Tunnel-Private-Group-ID, andTunnel-Type) from RADIUS, then tagged the switch port where the AP is connected to handle those VLANS. You can also do that by enabling MTM, but each VLAN must be created at the controller and assigned to a port.
