NBXTSP TAPI service for Windows 7 64 bit

    I am having problems getting the NBXTSP TAPI servise to install on my Windows 7 64 bit system.  When I try to install it, I get a message box that says I must install it manually, but when I follow the instructions for manual insalling, the NBX TAPI protocal is not in the add list.  Any ideas?

    Unfortunately 64 bit not suppoerted . Only 32 bit applications .....

    Some people have had luck installing TSP in 32-bit compatability mode.. try that.

    what app are you using ?



    what version of nbx Code ?



    What version of tapi ?



    what version of wav ?



    what is  failing ?

    NBX 100



    Version 4.3.13



    Tapi



    tsp 6.0.10



    Windows 7 pro 64bit

     NBX TSP is code related , meaning that 6.0 code only works with NBX 6.0 code . R6.0.63 NBX code would work with NBX R6.0.13 TSP code .



    R4.3.13 code is a very old code and not even supported anymore .The NBX Must either be upgraded or downgraded to the correct versions you are running , R4.3 code requitres R4.3 tapi components .



     In any event , Windows 7.0 and 64 bit is NOT supported

    I have the same problem, with these differences.

     

    I have an NBX3000 V 6.0.5

    Downloaded NBXDCA_R6_0_6.exe

    Installed that but failed on TAPI

    Downloaded NBXTSP_R6_0_13.exe

    Installed and installation finished including downloading directory from NBX

     

    It suggests to: in Contraol Panel under Telephone to add the NBX TAPI, but it is not showing as an option.

     

    Even tried started Telephony service in services but that did not help either.
