No Access to used Beacons

    Hello,

    We bought 5 used Beacons.

    We tried to deploy them, but we can't access the Beacons.

    We also tried to reset the Becons, via the reset Button, but it didn't work.

    Thanks for the help!

    Hi,

    You need to contact support@meridianapps.com.
    It’s not possible to switch beacons organisation by yourself for security purposes. They will do a safety check then they will proceed if it’s all clear.
