Please send an output from Mobility Conductor:show switchesFrom Controller:show lc-cluster group-membershipshow lc-cluster vlan-probe statusshow vrrp
cluster Config looks good. Can you please past the outcome of the following commandson Mobility Master - show global-user-table list
on Controller 1 & 2 - show user
After clearing the alert on the MM (tar crash & tar clean crash) and rebooting the MM (reload) all the clients appears.
But clients are missing again after some time and the alert comes back.
Hi, as already suggested, please open a TAC Case. This has to be investifated.
If I could open a TAC case, I would not be on the forum. I'm sharing my experiences to make benefit other users and to get help from others.
Like you said, you already suggested it. I saw it. I'm in the process of getting a contract to open a TAC.
I don't mean to be rude. Thats the whole point of a forum.
I would wait until 18.104.22.168 comes out. There are some known issues with client display that could be fixed. https://www.arubanetworks.com/techdocs/ArubaOS/Consolidated_8.x_RN/Content/8.10/05/Known_22.214.171.124.htm
I'm running on 126.96.36.199 and the issue is still present.
Then please open a TAC Support case to have this investigated.
Well, it looks like the system requirements changes between versions. When I installed it (8.6) at the beginning, the VM (it's on Hyper-V btw) has only 3CPU and 6GB of memory. I had to set it to 6CPU and 8GB. Now all the clients show up and no more crash file.
Thank you and have a nice day!
